CDC's Product Training
* Vaccinators who do not plan on enrolling in the program to potentially receive vaccine doses and will only administer vaccine should review the technical training for new vaccinators. See listing of licensees authorized to administer vaccine in California for additional information.
** Prior to receiving vaccine shipments, only complete CDC vaccine lessons for products your location will be administering to ensure you're trained on protocols for receiving, storing, preparing, and managing vaccines as well as clinical guidance.
Technical Training for New Vaccinators
The following resources provide technical instruction for COVID-19 vaccine administration that is not included in the required program training. New vaccinators should work with their supervisors to obtain hands-on training and arrange for supervision until proficiency is demonstrated.
