Editor's Note: Shannon's story of addiction and struggles began long before she enrolled in her local home visiting program. When we first met her in 2016 and shared Shannon's HomeStory, she had completed the home visiting program and credited her home visitor, Jan, for encouraging her to go to college to realize her potential. One year later, we went back to see how Shannon was doing, and are pleased to present her ongoing progress and many new achievements in life!
