​The California Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Budget Act was passed by the Legislature and signed into law by the Governor on October 8, 2010. Due to this signing delay, please note the following:

• Renewal notices for licenses that expire between October 31, 2010 and November 26, 2010 have been sent.
• Licenses that expire between October 31, 2010 and November 26, 2010 will remain valid regardless of the expiration date of the license and will not be subject to late payment penalty fees if the licensee pays the licensure fee within 45 days of the date of the renewal notice.
