× The federal government has shut down due to the failures of the President and Congress to continue government funding. Millions of Californians receiving benefits from state programs may be impacted. For now, California’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) will continue to provide services and enroll eligible families as long as funding is available. No new federal funding to California WIC will be provided until the President and Congress take action. Families should continue to use their WIC benefits and attend their WIC appointments. This information is subject to change, so please monitor the California WIC website for updates.

COVID-19 Daily Reporting

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has created an online survey for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to report COVID-19 information to ensure that California has the information necessary to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak and to provide resources and support to providers.  CDPH will report the SNF facility data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on behalf of providers.  Failure to report in accordance with 42 CFR 483.80(g) can result in an enforcement action (F884 and F885).

SNF COVID-19 reports to CDPH are due by 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time, daily. 

For reports before June 22, 2020, 12:00 P.M, please use the SNF COVID-19 Survey 2.0.
