If you do 
   not have another account with CDPH, the system will ask you if you are an owner of the business you are about to manage online or not. Simply answer 
   Yes or 
   No and complete the required fields. If you have an account with CDPH, proceed to Record Association steps 
   7-12.

      Not an owner: Select 
      No and click 
      Submit.
 
   - Review your Key Demographics information and click 
      Submit. Proceed to step 11.

      Owner: Select 
      Yes and click 
      Submit.
 
   - Enter your SSN or ITIN and click 
      Submit. Proceed to step 11.
 
 
 
Record Association 
 
   
 If you have another account with CDPH, the system will recognize your email address and ask you to associate your account to your existing account. Review the record if correct, select the email address. Select 
   This is me and click 
   Proceed.
 
 
 
   
 Answer the Citizen Association security question to merge your account with the record selected by entering your SSN and Date of Birth. Click 
   Search.
 
   
 If the merge was successful, you will see a confirmation message. Click 
   Proceed.
 
 
 
   
And finally, confirm your 
   Key Demographics information and click 
   Submit.
 
   
 On your welcome screen, you can search and link the business you need to manage or start a new license application.
