× The federal government has shut down due to the failures of the President and Congress to continue government funding. Millions of Californians receiving benefits from state programs may be impacted. For now, California’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) will continue to provide services and enroll eligible families as long as funding is available. No new federal funding to California WIC will be provided until the President and Congress take action. Families should continue to use their WIC benefits and attend their WIC appointments. This information is subject to change, so please monitor the California WIC website for updates.

Community Health Centers (CHCs) can submit patient lists to CAIR and receive back matched patient immunization histories for immunization assessment activities (must be in the format of the HEDIS Patient Match Specifications linked below).


CAIR match requests are only available for health centers who are enrolled in CAIR2. If your health center is not enrolled in CAIR2, you can enroll here.


Complete the CAIR2 Secure File Access Request Form below and format and submit your files according to the Patient Match Specifications document below.  If you are interested in patient match reports from CAIR San Joaquin or CAIR San Diego, contact the Local User Support Contact in those regions.
