Lead Related Construction Online Certification

First Time Applicants:

California Health and Safety Code, Section 105254 requires individuals to be certified for specialized lead construction work. The new, online Lead-Related Construction (LRC) Certification application process requires the steps below.

Log in to your account, create an application, sign the attestation page, upload documents, continue an incomplete application, check the status of an application or submit payment for an application.

*Note: Application fee must be paid using a valid Visa, MasterCard credit card, an E-Check or by following instructions for an offline payment.

Individuals may still submit paper applications. However, processing time will be significantly longer.
