TLCS offers several mental health recovery programs that provide supportive services to individuals with a psychiatric disability to achieve the goals they have set for themselves to increase their quality of life.
Mental Health Treatment Center
The Sacramento County Mental Health Treatment Center (SCMHTC) is a locked, adult psychiatric health facility providing acute inpatient services to Sacramento County residents who are indigent or have Sacramento County Medi-Cal. This facility operates 24 hours, 365 days a year. The Treatment Center also provides information regarding resources for individuals with mental health crisis.
Slavic Assistance Center
The mission of the Slavic Assistance Center is to provide immigrant and naturalization, education and training, family health promotion, and community development services that help Slavic people in the greater Sacramento area, to preserve their culture and to a healthy and prosperous community and nation.

2-1-1 Information
The program provides free, confidential information and referral service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We can refer our clients to more than 1,600 community services in the Sacramento area.

The CalFresh Program, federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), can add to your food budget to put healthy and nutritious food on the table. The program issues monthly electronic benefits that can be used to buy most foods at many markets and food stores.
Housing Authority
As an award-winning organization recognized nationally for best practices and innovation, the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency brings together funding resources and staff expertise to develop and implement creative strategies for affordable housing and community revitalization.
