× The federal government has shut down due to the failures of the President and Congress to continue government funding. Millions of Californians receiving benefits from state programs may be impacted. For now, California’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) will continue to provide services and enroll eligible families as long as funding is available. No new federal funding to California WIC will be provided until the President and Congress take action. Families should continue to use their WIC benefits and attend their WIC appointments. This information is subject to change, so please monitor the California WIC website for updates.

CalGETS Phase II Training

CalGETS Phase II Training consists of 8-hour classroom sessions featuring advanced topics for the treatment of problem gambling behavior. Each 8-hour training session will have capacity for 40-50 providers. You must be an authorized CalGETS provider in good standing in order to attend CalGETS Phase II Training. 

CalGETS Phase II Training sessions will be held in four pilot regions. These regions are not geographically bound to city or county lines. CalGETS Phase II Training participants will not be charged a registration fee but will be responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses.

To register for CalGETS Phase II Training please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Log in to the PERC.
  2. Select “My Sessions” (at the bottom right of the home page).
  3. Select “Phase II” and follow the prompts to enroll.
