Below is a sampling of the publications developed by the Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Branch of the California Department of Public Health. These materials are designed for low-income consumers and intermediaries that work with them.  The materials range from cookbooks to brochures, toolkits and curricula. These secured files are downloadable and may not be modified.

If you would like printed copies of these materials, please select one of the options below:

1. If you are an individual serving a low-income population, complete the materials request form found at: Champions for Change Materials Request Form.

2. If you represent a government agency, business or non-profit, and you are interested in purchasing hard copies of our materials, please email CDPH_NEOPBcustomercare@cdph.ca.gov and request a Customer Account Number application. In approximately 5 days, you will be issued an account number with an email logon and temporary password to the online ordering website where you can place your order.
