Authorized vendors are required to purchase all authorized infant formula only from the suppliers that meet the criteria listed in
WIC Bulletin Regulations section 70900. A wholesaler, distributor, or retailer seller's permit can be verified at the
California Department of Tax and Fee Administration website (https://onlineservices.cdtfa.ca.gov/?Link=PermitSearch).
