Spring 2018 Semiannual Conference

The Spring Semiannual Meeting and Continuing Medical Education Program is scheduled for May 9 - 11, 2018 at the Lake Natoma Inn, in Folsom, California. The Semiannual meeting is sponsored by the California Conference of Local Health Officers (CCLHO), the Health Officers Association of California (HOAC), and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The Spring 2018 Semiannual Conference will include the CCLHO Spring Business Meeting, the HOAC Business Meeting/Luncheon and a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This Conference will also partner with the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Directors and MCAH Action, a CCLHO affiliate.

Hotel/Location Information

The Spring Semiannual Conference will be held at the Lake Natoma Inn, located in Folsom, California (Sacramento County).

Hotel Reservations

CCLHO has reserved a block of rooms at the Conference rate of $95.00 plus taxes and fees per night for single or double occupancy.  Please make your hotel reservation no later than Friday, April 20, 2018.  Note that once the room block is filled, additional availability is not guaranteed.

Directions

From Sacramento International Airport:

Take I-5 South to 50 East towards South Lake Tahoe/Placerville. Exit Folsom Blvd. and make a left. Follow Folsom for 4 miles and make a right onto Greenback Lane. Continue over the Rainbow Bridge and yield to the right onto Leidesdorff Street. The road will curve sharp to the right; take the first right onto Gold Lake Drive.

From Lake Tahoe/Placerville:

Take US 50 west, exit at Folsom Blvd. and turn left. Follow Folsom Blvd. 4 miles to Greenback Ln. At Greenback Ln., turn right and continue over the Rainbow Bridge. Continue over the Rainbow Bridge and yield to the right onto Leidesdorff Street. The road will curve sharp to the right; take the first right onto Gold Lake Drive.

From Reno:

Take Interstate 80 West to Roseville, exit at Douglas Blvd., and turn left. Follow Douglas Blvd. approximately 5 ½ miles to Folsom-Auburn Rd. and turn right.

Take Folsom-Auburn Rd. 4 miles to Greenback Ln. and turn left. Continue over the Rainbow Bridge. Shortly after crossing the bridge, the road will split. Stay to the right going onto Leidesdorff St, and then make the first right at the Lake Natoma Inn sign.
