× The federal government has shut down due to the failures of the President and Congress to continue government funding. Millions of Californians receiving benefits from state programs may be impacted. For now, California’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) will continue to provide services and enroll eligible families as long as funding is available. No new federal funding to California WIC will be provided until the President and Congress take action. Families should continue to use their WIC benefits and attend their WIC appointments. This information is subject to change, so please monitor the California WIC website for updates.

This communication provides guidance to AFLP agencies on requirements for updating their SFY 2022-2023 AFLP budgets and submitting supplemental forms.

Release of AFLP 2022/23 AFLP Budget Submission and Supplemental Forms announcement.

May 6, 2022
The following documents are due via email to MCAHFinAct@cdph.ca.gov.

  1. Updated budget template with requested budget
  2. Updated AIF form
  3. TXIX Attestation (if applicable)
May 9 - June 6, 2022

CM and PC review and approval of the updated budgets.

Resources

Required AFA documents, as listed on the AFA Checklist, were emailed to awardees. CBOs  will be provided with instructions for submitting additional contract documents. For questions or additional copies of AFA forms, please contact your CM noted on your Awardee letter.

Completed AFA packages should be submitted to MCAHFinAct@cdph.ca.gov.
