Regulation Stakeholder Meetings
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) invites public participation of interested stakeholders in developing CDPH's proposed regulations prior to the start of the formal promulgation process pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act. This effort seeks to improve the quality of CHCQ regulations.
General Acute Care Hospital Observation Service
CHCQ is holding a stakeholder meeting to discuss the development of GACH Observation Service regulations on December 6, 2022 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. CHCQ would like to hear your suggestions for developing the regulations. Please attend the meeting prepared to share your comments and suggestions after reviewing the attached documents:
