ā€‹Deemed Status ā€“ Licensed Laboratory Out-of-State accredited facility.
ā€‹COS ā€‹LIC ā€‹State Licensure for a laboratory outside California with a federal Certificate of Accreditation (COA) or Certificate of Compliance (COC).
ā€‹CLR ā€‹REG ā€‹Registered Laboratory with federal Certificate of Waiver (COW).
