Prefix Legend
PREFIX	TYPE OF LABORATORY	DESCRIPTION
CDS	LIC	Deemed Status – Licensed Laboratory Out-of-State accredited facility.
COS	LIC	State Licensure for a laboratory outside California with a federal Certificate of Accreditation (COA) or Certificate of Compliance (COC).
CLR	REG	Registered Laboratory with federal Certificate of Waiver (COW).
